Terms of Use
Last updated 18 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the IPTV Player app. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
1. What the app is
IPTV Player plays media from playlists and stream URLs that you supply. It can read M3U and M3U8 playlists from a web address or a file, play a single stream URL, and play video files already on your device.
We do not host, provide, sell, distribute, index or curate any media content.
2. Your responsibilities
- Only add playlists and streams you are legally entitled to access.
- Comply with the terms of any provider whose service you connect to.
- Do not use the app to infringe copyright or any other right.
- Do not use the app where doing so would breach the law that applies to you.
We have no visibility into what you add and no ability to vet it. That responsibility is yours alone.
3. Third-party content and links
Any suggested public directories shown inside the app are operated by independent third parties. We do not control them, do not endorse what they list, and cannot guarantee that any particular stream is lawful, available or suitable. They are starting points, offered for convenience.
4. Subscription terms
Without a subscription you may play a limited number of channels from your library, and the app shows advertising. A Premium subscription removes advertising and unlocks every channel in your playlists.
- Price is $2.99 per month, or the equivalent in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not by us.
A subscription unlocks the app's features. It does not grant access to any content, and it does not entitle you to any channel — that depends entirely on the sources you add and any separate arrangement you have with their provider.
5. Availability
Streams break, providers change their systems, and third-party directories go offline. The app is provided as-is and we do not guarantee that any source you add will work, keep working, or be available in your region.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app beyond what the law permits.
- Attempt to bypass the subscription or any limit in the app.
- Use the app to distribute malware or to attack any service.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for any loss arising from content you choose to access, from any third-party service, or from any interruption of a stream.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may discontinue the app or any feature, though we will not take away a subscription period you have already paid for.
9. Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be published here with a new date before taking effect. Continuing to use the app afterwards means accepting them.
